"Completely rotten experience. Incapable of providing me an explanation of charges. Ive been trying for a month to find out what my bill is for. Hundreds of dollars of unexplained charges. Been asking and asking and no bill detail available. Just asking me to pay nearly 500$ extra with no explaination what its for."
